OMFreakingG - not only is he gonna be in North Carolina - I"M going to be in North Carolina next month. I wonder where in NC the filming will take place? I know that there's a studio around Wilmington, NC.

Meg and Joyce... GO!!! to NC.... maybe your dream comes true.... and GE2's right - don't forget the cameras ... Wilmongton could be a good choice.. but for this choice of movies I would prefer the coast .... !?!

Yayyyyyy!!!!!! When I saw the storyline of the film, I wondered. (I really shouldn't have, come to think of it. Rufus is so wonderfully contrarian about things like that. Would he really take another evil role on the tails of ALVH? Highly unlikely.) Thank you, Rai, for the update! |

Yaaaay!!!! Thank you so much Rai. I was really hoping he'd play a goodie. I don't know about the rest of you, but the first thing I thought of while reading the film's plot summary was BTC. I'm sure it'll be much different, though, but I was really crossing my fingers that he'd be playing a goodie. About time, too! I'm sure he's really happy about it. Maybe Hollywood has finally opened up their ears I'm honestly planning to go up there. All I need to know are when and where. I mean, of course, I don't want to seem like a total stalker and demand to know every second Rufus is filming. I'm not like that, no matter how much I admire the man. If I catch the tiniest glimpse of him, I'll be content for the rest of my life. I don't even know if they'll allow people in the filming areas (not the studio, I mean, outdoor shooting). I'll call around nearer the time because if Wilmington (if that's truly where it'll be shot) is anything like Savannah, they won't disclose filming schedules until filming has already begun; and from what I've seen, Rufus is a true professional and films his stuff quick, so I could hear about it, get up there, then find out he's finished shooting.  I'm still going to try, though. He might never film in my part of the world ever again. This might be my only chance! You can be sure I'll DEFINITELY take my camera; and Joyce, nearer the time, if you want, if all is a-go, I'll send you my contact info. it would be so cool to meet another Rooftopper (with Rufus in our midst)!
