Regarding Count Rufus (Adam) DOH...just ordered the book and he's not even in it!!!!! Have just seen VictoryGirl's latest WP's on the other thread..............our favourite vampire sent a chill down my spine (in the nicest way). . sexy or what. And remember ladies, THE EYES ARE THE WINDOWS TO THE SEWELL.................. He'll lure you in and then will bite........what a way to go

And remember ladies, THE EYES ARE THE WINDOWS TO THE SEWELL.................. I'd love to know if the character was created with Rufus in mind!

I ordered the book to learn more about Adam. Oh well, at least I will learn about the story instead. I also wonder if they had Rufus in mind for the part when it was created. Not sure about the fate of Adam being the villian up against Abe. But he may be one of those villians who lives on the menace elsewhere. Could be a new series...Adam the Vampire...haha!

Me three! I forgot to say thanks to everyone for digging up this news and posting all the articles. Quite right, Rue. In all my excited distractedness, I forgot my manners. Thank you in bucketsfull, for all the wonderful news, ladies. It really has cheered the weeks' outlook. I suppose Rufus will be doing some Q and A sessions in cities around the world, when the time comes? Something else to (plan for and )get excited about!!!

Rufus as a vampire I love the old and newer vampire films and TV shows and am looking forward to seeing him in this and I absolutely love Victory Girl's vision of him in this role I know he gets tired of the villian type casting I know it is another "baddie" role for him, but Christopher Lee hasn't done too badly playing these type of roles.

I know it is another "baddie" role for him, but Christopher Lee hasn't done too badly playing these type of roles. In fact, ladies, Mr. Sewell has not played a baddie since 2006

We don't mind him playing a baddie, as long as it's not another Tim-like-role.

We don't mind him playing a baddie, as long as it's not another Tim-like-role. Eeeek, you're right! Some article I found online claimed Rufus was well suited for the vampire baddie role because he would certainly look "creepy as always" Sometimes I wonder how many people just see what they want to see, overlooking all the sweet and funny and thoughtful non-baddie roles he's done ...
