Thanks for the lovely birthday greetings, everyone!!! I've had a very nice day - lots of cards and phone calls and then dinner out with my husband, Barry. We tried a new Italian restaurant in the next town...it wasn't great but we had a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio so it was fun all the same.
What did I get? 2 beautful cashmere sweaters, a silk scarf and a hand woven basket from my friends --- and from my husband an early and very generous gift of a second trip to London to see RnR last November!!
You're all the best!!!
love, G xoxo

You share a birthday with the great Abe Lincoln, no? He was the one who said, of Washington, too many pigs for the teats..... Sorry I missed sending you best wishes on the day. Got caught up in all the gaming... I posted a little something on Aquarians, for what its worth, in the aftereightlady's birthday thread..... HAPPY BIRTHDAY GINNY and MUCHOS GRACIAS for all the loving effort you've always put into singing Rufus Sewell's praises....

Glad you had a good day and lots of nice pressies. What a generous husband you have. Doesn't he get jealous with you flying off to see the handsome, award winning, thoroughly lovely Rufus?
Many happy returns.
Love Alison x

What a generous husband you have. Doesn't he get jealous with you flying off to see the handsome, award winning, thoroughly lovely Rufus? No, he actually doesn't. We've been married for ages, we were together for a long time before we married, and we have 3 adult children and a granddaughter. He knows he doesn't have anything to worry about. In fact, he thinks it's cool that I know Rufus and have had some quality time with him. I even gave him Dolce and Gabana men's fragrance for Christmas. G xo

I even gave him Dolce and Gabana men's fragrance for Christmas. So you're one of the reasons everyone says Rufus always smells so great! A very Happy Belated Birthday to you Miss Ginny!!(BTW Yesterday was also my dear husband's Birthday & mine is not far away. Lets hear it for the Aquarians!)
