Not necessarily aimed at members of this website but Ian just asks that if any of his pics are replicated on fan sites elsewhere the signature is not cropped off and the quality of the image is maintained. Can you also please contact him or me first.  I only ask because another website (a large American organisation) did use a poorly replicated pic with signature removed.  (They also made a snitty remark about Rufus's characters, which I found most unforgivable. I took that as a declaration of war ).
But I digress - he threatens if it happens again he'll paste his signature across Rufus's forehead    and you all though I was the stroppy one! 

p.s. Whoever has the FB page with my previous avatar pic on please can you swap the pic for the new one, with signature before I get into trouble

I compiled a photo book after Old Times. I used photos that I had taken myself, and others from friends that I had permission (beforehand) to use. I credited everything whether it was official or fan-based. Only seems fair to me.

Thanks ladies. I want to make clear it's not fans the issue is with, but greedy businessmen that want to use pics for articles to make money and be derogatory to boot! Of course he also wants to ensure the original quality isn't lost too.  He has a reputation to uphold.  Golden flecks and all 

Anyway, back to the serious stuff.  After the head shot, I thought you all might appreciate a glimpse of neck. IMHO it's good to see it back.  I have a certain fondness for a neck

Thanks so much for sharing all of Mr Nell's lovely photos! 

Hopefully no-one else uses them without permission first, as I'm probably not the only one who'd prefer them without the watermark plastered over Rufus' forehead...some business types, eh?  But, Mr Nell certainly does have a talent for photography; his are some of the best I've seen of Rufus in a long time!!  They're pretty much photo-shoot quality; it's almost weird to think of them as stage-door photos instead!

Also, as a side-note, the ones of him in his light-coloured (I can't work out if it's grey, or black & white) coat are making me reminisce a little...it's the one he wore on the night I saw the play and met him!
