I know I'm late with this, but I've just read this thread, and feel kind of sad today myself; I found out a work collegue I had a few years ago died of organ failure this week. He was only in his mid-thirties.
Makes you think of mortality when something like this happens.

Oh, Fee, how sad, and so young! My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your collegue's family. You're right, it does make you think of mortality, and, hopefully, determine to enjoy every day to the fullest. Keep your chin up!

Fee, I too want to express my sympathy. You & 7Sis are so right that these kinds of occurences can't help but bring to mind how fleeting time can be....

Sorry to hear about your losing an old friend Fee. It seems that the older you get, the more you have to face this type of loss, but it is never easy.

Big (((hugs))) from me, too, Fee.
Even if we haven't seen them in a while, it's always sad to hear of the passing of someone we've known, especially when they are so young.
Puts all the petty stuff into perspective, doesn't it?

I love looking at pictures or movies of actors in the early days of their careers. Like looking into an old high school year book, it is cool to see how they have matured & improved over the years.
It does makes me feel OLD though! But then, heh, I am, aren't I? ;D

...I just want to ask about the name change on the home page. The name Velvet Revolution has been changed to roofsewell and I was just wondering why. Nobody mentioned it, so I was just curious...

Now even more of us have a chance to watch the younger Rufus since Twenty-one is available on VHS from Amazon. Order now, don't delay! BTW I don't think we're creepy at all for watching the lovely boy since he is now an even lovelier man
