Clever you, thank you! But the beard ... i know, he has every right to have it, and i'm not complaining, really, it's just that my husband gets also from time to time this great idea "what if I get the beard, so then I don't have to shave" and he puts it into practice and the result looks somewhat the same, "a quilt" with different colours. I bear it like a woman, but my lovely husband is such a handsome man, without the beard, so luckily he always realizes the point of shaving, by himself .... ;D But maybe the beard is for a role.

Pattirose, this is priceless!!!!!!
With regard to others' reactions, my sister loves me dearly! She is a great Kevin Spacey but is (and I believe, sincere) very glad the Rufus won and happy for him and all of us - blood is thicker than water, isn't it?

Pattirose, thank you SO much! Years ago, the BBC would have shown the awards (although not live) but in these dumbed-down times, the theatre is ignored even by public service broadcasting, so to be able to have this tiny clip of Rufe's feelings about the win is, literally, priceless! Clever you for finding it!

Yup, if it had been the 'TV Quick' awards or some such nonsense, it would have warranted peak time exposure. How tragic these times are. Still, we know who we are!

Thanks to Pattirose for posting that great video. What a wonderful way to start the holidays for Ru, with a well-deserved award. I hope this is the beginning of many more such awards and roles that he can really showcase his awesome talents. Well done, Ru!

I'm only just catching up on this wonderful piece of news! Loved the video but not so sure about the beard...........!
Very well deserved for both Stoppard and Rufus.
And well done Kathleen Turner as well! Didn't she play the part of Chandler Bing's father in "Friends" at a time?
