Sarcastic recaps of Eleventh Hour

I am a big fan of EH, but we all know it's had some problems. All season long I've been reading recaps of the episodes on a sci-fi website. I have never linked to them here, because I think Rufus is a fantastic actor, and I want the show to succeed, and these recaps are often quite sarcastic--not usually about Rufus, but about the show in general.

However, being a very sarcastic person myself, I find the recaps hilarious. I really look forward to reading them each week, even when I often disagree with some of the criticisms (for example, she didn't like the PCP scene in H20). And of course even legitimate criticisms are exaggerated for comic effect.

Example from the Subway recap:

7. When Dr. Rufus runs to Mary Jo’s aid after she’s exposed to the nerve agent, he knocks open a sprinkler, and while she’s still in shock from the cold shower he gleefully pours bleach all over her, assuring her it will help with the pH. Clearly unaware that he has the power to bend matter to his will, she freaks out and looks like she’d rather be running around with the terrorist.

8. Science alert: when someone is in trouble, pour bleach all over them. SCIENCE.

So, do you think I should place a link to these recaps here? Or does anyone think that's a bad idea?

Rai--I also love TWOP, although in recent years they haven't recapped many shows I watch. My first experience there was with "Once and Again," which was a show I loved but one that very much deserved to be ridiculed for its self-involved, overanalytical characters. I agree that they would eviscerate EH.

She doesn't always show quite enough Rufus love, but once in a while she reveals that she knows what's what (from the recap of Miracles):

I would like to take a moment to remind CBS that people watch this show for two things: hilarious science crimes, and Rufus Sewell looking good. This week had neither of these, and while Rufus trilling to the dog about “making a peepee” was the sort of moment I hope every actor achieves in his lifetime, maybe next week we could freeze some heads? Thanks.

I know you've been on the fence about the show, Rai. I hope tonight's episode didn't push you over the edge (mixing metaphors a bit). I wish it had at least matched last week's level.

Genevieve Valentine is brilliant,at least she watched the show.


My friends and I talk the show a lot,some of them tell me,the show is between "science"and"non-science",too unbelievable to profession,and too difficult to normal person.And they think Rachel is just a cool and beautiful "blonde" FBI in this show,adores Hood and never said no to him,her attitude is too simple:Hood is scientist,so he is right...if I die,it's must have a new agent to protect him...not any more.And they think Hood is too perfect:biology,chemistry...even the Anthrax is just a fear.(Disease is not the weapon.Fear is the weapon.Oh~~~My God~~~so intelligent~~~I love it!)

But I think even they are so worried,even feel the show has a lot of problems,but "He praises who wishes to sell;He that blames is the buyer."If they think the show is bad,they will give up,and say nothing,never waste anytime to watch it.
So,I think they love it a lot,just wish the show is better and better.
To watch this show,I think everyone has his reason:some like beautiful girl like Rachel,some like beautiful guy like Hood,(hahaha...such a good point~~~)and some like gunshoot,some like Hood's humor(Cold Humor~~~),some like solve the cases.
So...I think we just relax~~~enjoy~~~ it,until...
