I don't know where I can post them. So,if I has mistake I am sorry. I like llisten the songs when I can't sleep.... "Passing Afternoon" - Iron & Wine with lyrics lenaleto.info/ftp/mp3/416%204%20Passing%20Afternoon%20-%20Iron%20&%20Wine.mp3From: Iron and Wine Lyrics: There are times that walk from you like some passing afternoon Summer warmed the open window of her honeymoon And she chose a yard to burn but the ground remembers her Wooden spoons, her children stir her Bougainvillea blooms There are things that drift away like our endless, numbered days Autumn blew the quilt right off the perfect bed she made And she's chosen to believe in the hymns her mother sings Sunday pulls its children from their piles of fallen leaves There are sailing ships that pass all our bodies in the grass Springtime calls her children until she lets them go at last And she's chosen where to be, though she's lost her wedding ring Somewhere near her misplaced jar of Bougainvillea seeds There are things we can't recall, Blind as night that finds us all Winter tucks her children in, her fragile china dolls But my hands remember hers, rolling around the shaded ferns Naked arms, her secrets still like songs I'd never learned There are names across the sea, only now I do believe Sometimes, with the window closed, she'll sit and think of me But she'll mend his tattered clothes and they'll kiss as if they know A baby sleeps in all our bones, so scared to be alone

The Beatles have always been my favorite group. With so many songs to choose from it's hard to choose one, but I think the most perfect song ever written is this.....In My Life.......lennon/mccartney
There are places I remember All my life, though some have changed, Some forever, not for better, Some have gone and some remain. All these places had their moments, With lovers and friends I still can recall, Some are dead and some are living, In my life I've loved them all. But of all these friends and lovers, There is no one compared with you, And these mem'ries lose their meaning When I think of love as something new. Though I know I'll never lose affection For people and things that went before, I know I'll often stop and think about them In my life I love you more. Though I know I'll never lose affection For people and things that went before, I know I'll often stop and think about them In my life I love you more. In my life I love you more.

I love "In My Life", peach, thanks for sharing. Brings back great memories, as it was the theme song for my senior prom back in 1984...I have always loved the Beatles and think Lennon/McCartney wrote some really wonderful songs.

Thanks for sharing that song, Kate, and the link. I had heard that song on an episode of House but wasn't familiar with the artist.
You know what Beatles' song always makes me unreasonably happy when I hear it? Penny Lane. It just always makes me think of spring and puts a smile on my face.

peach, thanks for sharing. This's song? madouche.mehdi.free.fr/Musiques/The Beatles/There%20Are%20Places%20I%20Remember.mp3 rueful ,try this,so cute. www.dtjyedu.com/Upload/Music/2008-5/ÀË»¨Ò»¶ä¶ä.mp3www.tldjw.com/wmv/ÖÐÎÄ/%CF%B4%CB%A2%CB%A2.wmaI like song can make me pace.... mms://media.chinabroadcast.cn/chi/ent/el060323006.wma Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now I'm found, Was blind but now I see. T'was grace that taught my heart to fear And grace my fear relieved How precious did that grace appear, The hour I first believed. Through many dangers, toils and snares We have already come T'was grace that brought us safe thus far And grace will lead us home. When we've been there ten thousand years Bright shining as the sun; We've no less days to sing God's praise Than when we first begun.

My favourite song of Dope Stars Inc. from their Gigahearts album. You can listen to it in their music player on MySpace: profile.myspace.com/dopestarsinc: CAN YOU IMAGINE Thousands of stars surround this world and I always wonder where the border gets to the end Thousands of questions in my head. How many times have you been standing in front of millions lights still flashing light years away? Down to the hole of time and space CHORUS Can you imagine worlds so many miles away from here? How many different words and how many ways to feel the same. Can you imagine worlds so many miles away from here? But I would bet for sure the meaning of love is still, is still the same How can you tell where all this world ends Matter and form or just disorder filling this space. Multi dimensional arrays Just take a trip and try to imagine how many stars that now keep flashing vanished away. Down to the universe embrace. REPEAT CHORUS

This song got me through boot camp...I whistled it when I was on watch and wrote the lyrics over and over in classes.
The River by Garth Brooks
You know a dream is like a river Ever changin' as it flows And a dreamer's just a vessel That must follow where it goes Trying to learn from what's behind you And never knowing what's in store Makes each day a constant battle Just to stay between the shores
And I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry Like a bird upon the wind These waters are my sky I'll never reach my destination If I never try So I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry
Too many times we stand aside And let the waters slip away 'Til what we put off 'til tomorrow Has now become today So don't you sit upon the shoreline And say you're satisfied Choose to chance the rapids And dare to dance the tide
Yes I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry Like a bird upon the wind These waters are my sky I'll never reach my destination If I never try So I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry
There's bound to be rough waters And I know I'll take some falls With the good Lord as my captain I can make it through them all
Yes I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry Like a bird upon the wind These waters are my sky I'll never reach my destination If I never try So I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry Yes, I will sail my vessel 'Til the river runs dry 'Til the river runs dry

Kate that one is so beautiful, a favorite of mine. DGD, the following is one I like especially from Garth Brooks. It's called When You Remember Me. It's from my favorite album of his Scarecrow.
Theres a ship out, on the ocean At the mercy of the sea Its been tossed about, lost and broken Wandering aimlessly And God somehow you know that ship is me
cause theres a lighthouse, in the harbor Shining faithfully Pouring its light out, across the water For this sinking soul to see That someone out there still believes in me
On a prayer, in a song I hear your voice and it keeps me hanging on Raining down, against the wind Im reaching out til we reach the circles end When you come back to me again
Theres a moment we all come to In our own time and our own space Where all that weve done, we can undo If our hearts in the right place
On a prayer, in a song I hear your voice and it keeps me hanging on Raining down, against the wind Im reaching out til we reach the circles end When you come back to me again And again I see my yesterdays in front of me Unfolding like a mystery Youre changing all that is and used to be
On a prayer, in a song I hear your voice and it keeps me hanging on Raining down, against the wind Im reaching out til we reach the circles end When you come back to me again
When you come back to me again
