Jason would be absolutely perfect, he was downright vicious in The Patriot. And 2.45 into the picture I was thinking more like the opening credits.

Nooooooooooo, stevie baby's out, as of today your it. I won't hear another word, got it??? Good, now get to work, we need a really ggod script something that pulls you in as the credits roll, nothing formulaic, it's gotta be fresh.. I thought I said we need a really big trailer for the green eyed wonder, nothing smaller than say oh howzabout , well forget measurements, it's just gotta be really big, fridge filled with yummy goodness, healthy snacks and absolutely no BOTTLED WATER, that's imperative, gotta be in a glass bottle, no plastic of any kind. And BTW, you can be both Director and Producer.,

director, producer and writer. more opportunities to hug and kiss the leads on oscar night. but lets not get ahead of ourselves. what is funny is, i have written litterally dozens of stories, but i never could touch police stories, which i like best. what have i got myself into? ok, let's get some inspiration from snoopy: "it was a dark and rainy night..."
DGD, how are we doing with the rufus/scarlet r-rated stuff?

now that S.S. is out, the piggy back suddenly got heavier.
ok, ru&hugh, how about i throw in a montreal canadien's hockey jersey autographed by guy lafleur? (someone explain hockey to the cute brits, now, please).

Is the jersey part of the plot, or are you giving away clothing now? Cause I don't know how the hockey thingy will fit into the story line. Maybe it's me.

no! its part of the contract negociation.
i offered a cut from the sales of the directors chairs, daily massages, bed time stories, nerve balls, day at the go-karts, and now the hockey jerseys.

OK, not sure if that's enuf incentive, but what the hey you're in charge who am I to argue?
That's why you get paid the big bucks. I vote for excessive car chases too, and gratuitous violnece and sex. Unless there's an excuse to show of Ruf's well shall we say, no better leave that up to the imagination which right about now should be running rampant. And that's all I'm going to say on this subject, .................. at least for now.

car chases, gratuitous violence and sex, and lets not forget multiple plot twists, awkward male friendships, a couple of memorable lines a la " come on, make my day", salvaged childhood dreams, a few heroic moments and redemption for all at the end. by george, i guess i just summed up american cinema.
