Has anyone else had trouble sending an e-mail to Left Bank Pictures? I've tried several times and keep getting a "delay" message, followed by a "undeliverable" message. I'm using the e-mail link on their website. Weird!

Yes, GE2 I pm'd Dippy to ask her and she said she had the same trouble! Don't know what it can be. Thought I would try sending to Andy Harries@leftbankpictures.co.uk but haven't had time yet today.
What do you all think.
I think the word has got round that plenty of people are aggrieved about the BBC decommissioning Zen and in said in that article that Zenina posted that Left Bank were IN NEGOTIATION with other companies - so hopefully.
I will be worth trying to email them anyway.

I haven't yet seen it, waiting for it to come here this summer. The Masterpiece Mystery series on PBS here is very popular, I truly hope that has some effect on their choice to keep making the series. I personally never miss it. TV seems to be getting more and more stupid everywhere. I watch almost nothing anymore.

Undeliverable can mean many things but the number one reason for undeliverable is too much mail. The next highest reason is the mail box has changed. So try again and see if it happens again and then try Andy Harries. If he is sincere about wanting to get "Zen" on another network overflowing mail boxes can only help his cause.
Good Luck to all those who are writing. I intend to write Masterpiece Theatre as soon as the first show is broadcast.

A bit slow on catching up, but yes indeed... dreadful news  It's such a pain, 3 episodes just isn't enough. And there's so much crap on tv these days - I wouldn't mind repeats of Zen but I'm sure we agree that more new episodes would be better. GE2/Robela, do the email addresses work yet? I'll have a go at emailing them, too. Fingers crossed. |

I received two identical messages from Left Bank Pictures (upon one email), telling me that the delivery of my message has been delayed and that I do not need to resend my message.  My email was sent to info@leftbankpictures.co.uk So it seems they received it finally - maybe they got loads of emails and could not handle them fast enough? That would be great! ;D |

Yeah! Re-sent my email addressed to: Andyharries@leftbankpictures.co.uk this morning and received a reply: Standard reply which said Thank you for your interest in Left Bank Pictures. Due to the high volume of mail it is not always possible to reply to everyone but all emails are read and passed on to the relevant section. So we can support them in their endeavours. They will know how much support they have and how many people are aggrieved by this situation.  |

And frankly, I'm a little bit p****d off about the delivery of snail mail. Usually if I post a letter one day, it's delivered the next day. Now according to the tracking number of my letter to BBC it is now registered by UK mail - WHAT DID THEY DO WITH IT BETWEEN SATURDAY AND TODAY?

Incidentally there is a Q and A interview with Danny Cohen,Controller of BBC1 in this week's Radio Times.
The questions are from viewers letters:
Is Zen getting a full series?
Lara Collins, Exeter, Devon
BBC Drama has a lot of exciting projects in development. We've decided to look at some of these rather than recommission Zen.
So there you have it again from the R. Times. Others moan about changing the time for Outcasts and the end of Lark Rise and endless trailers over credits.
