KQ - it's not important for the main plots, but for the subplots, yes you should watch them in order. Vendetta, then Cabal, and finally Ratking.
I would also recommend the orginial books by Michael Dibdin, they are excellent and it's kind of spooky that Dibdin describes Zen in terms that are remarkably similar to Rufus, except for the eye color. The order of the books, however is different than the series. Read Ratking first.
