I'm with you Numbat....SOOOOO Looking forward to this! Now if only I could run to New Orleans before they're all done filming......That's probably the closest he'll get to Arkansas!

Okay I am going to buy the book and see if I can't shake the feeling. The cast seems wonderful and the book got great to not so great reviews/ Tim Burton is always interesting but I hope they lose the title. I also hope vampires is not passe,

 I would have expected anything this morning but not news of a new project! Great to hear that  Not sure about the baddie part, but if it's one of the seductive kind, I might get over it. Although ... Now I'm going to have to eat my words and actually watch a Vampire movie.   Never say never, huh? (Well, Rufusitis has made me do plenty of things I always professed I'd NEVER do ... so I guess one more doesn't really matter.) And it sounds like it's not one of those teenie romance vampire stories like Twilight (my apologies to all the fans, it's just not my cup of tea). PGG, love your vampire duckie!

OH...MY...GOD......A VAMPIRE... I love vampires (but only the old fashion ones, not this "modern-twilight-teen-vampires". It's very funny, last week I saw a vampire movie and remembered that he was asked for playing the part of Lestat, but didn't get or wanted the job, can't remember... Anyway, after the movie I thought, he should play a vampire and now? I can't wait see him as a vampire.... |

Well thank goodness that the lovely Rufus has got some work in the pipeline at last. Just hope it's a role worthy of his talents. If it's a good film this has the potential to expose him to a much wider audience and therefore in the long term more lead role offers that would appeal to him. I'm not a mega fan of vampire movies although there are a few films in that genre that I have enjoyed over the years. There is no doubt though that I will wait for and watch this film as soon as it is realeased. I would not miss it for the world as it looks like Rufus will have a role (pardon the pun) that he can get his teeth into. He will make a wonderfully seductive, sexy vampire - but then we all know that. I have not read the book, but I warn you ladies (and gent/s) he's probably gonna die again. Vampires do not have a good track record! Two other things: PGG - You are worrying me - Vampire duck, did you have a premonition? Rufus - You can sink your teeth into my neck anytime (I wish).
