Hmmm, David Thewlis, Rufus Sewell, sounds sooo much alike, no wonder the orginal "journalist" got the two mixed up. I have to say I don't like th feel of this one, it sounds pretty cliched.
As others have said, I wonder if they are floating Rufus's name as being attached (even if he is unaware of the project) to generate buzz? I'm sure being in the Rock's Hercules movie will raise his profile in Hollywood a bit.

OK so maybe I'm on my own here but it sounds quite interesting to me. I can do a bit of Sci-Fi now and again, as long as it's well done. I enjoyed Alien which it sounds quite similar to and Promethius even though I had reservations before I saw the latter. Basically I enjoy variety and that's what Rufus brings and after the fabulous acting and drop dead gorgeousness that's what really got me hooked. I notice the Harry Potter error has been edited out now. Who knows if there's any truth in it, but I hope so. I wouldn't care which part Rufus got to play, but please Mr film director, can he live this time? I mean is it too much to ask?!

Rufus to pilot the Animus has a certain ring to it don't you agree?!  It does!  The whole thing doesn't sound much like my kind of movie, but I'll be glad to let Rufus prove me wrong  |
