I am TOTALLY hooked into True Blood! It's just such campy, sexy, bloody fun! I had read the books a couple of years ago and thought they were funny and sexy and very entertaining. So when HBO came out with the TV version I had too watch it. Anna Paquin (the one you gag over!) is probably the weakest link in the whole show. I agree with you there! Season 2 is better than the first season I think. Mostly because this luscious hunk of Swedish goodness plays a much bigger role: PIC DELETEDAlexander Skarsgard, who plays vampire Eric Northman That scene of Eric in Bill's bathtub was great! I love how Bill is concerned with what music Eric is listening to and how Eric complains that he texted Bill 3 times with no answer. LOL! It's just not how one expects vampires to interact, I guess. I love that about True Blood. The unique spin on vampires, I mean. Oh, and I do prefer Eric with his shorter hair after the highlighting incident, LOL.

LOL! Didn't you love it when Bill told Jessica that "we practice recycling in this house." He's so thoroughly middle-class sometimes. You'd never expect that from a sexy and suave vampire.
And when Eric came down those basement steps with foil in his hair, wearing sweatpants and flip-flops I nearly fell off my chair laughing. He was terrifying yet goofy at the same time!

Hahaha... Yeah, I admit I raised an eyebrow when Bill mentioned recycling. It really was the last thing I expected to hear! I love how the magical and the mundane are completely intertwined in True Blood, and, in a strange way, Bill's recycling comment serves as a good surface example of that.
As for our sexy Mr. Northman, I will never forget that scene! I mean, he was concerned about getting blood in his hair, for goodness sakes!! So many things Eric says and does get me laughing, like when he called those two kids "teacup humans"! Now THAT was priceless!
