Twenty One: Strung out on the toilet scene (are you sure you don't mean the one in the pub, uke?) Nope. It won't win anyway but still. there isn't much in that scene except her pounding and yelling at the door and then berating him for shooting up when her father is coming. The one in the toilet in the pub is all him. but okay. which ever you want.

That toilet scene in her apartment - the shooting up one - has always intrigued me. VERY realistic, Very brilliant acting. IMHO

there are two. There is one in her apartment where he puts the towel over the bathroom door and we see it from the outside from her perspective. She's goes in when he's finished. The camera follows her around as she calls her father and as it suddenly occurs to her what he's doing in there. We don't see him at all until he's finished. This is the one that's got the great shot of his face completely wasted, but nothing else. the one in the pub bathroom we actually see him score the dope, find a pub go into the stall, get out his works, prepare the heroin and shoot up then we see the affect on him. I thought that was the one you were talking about. then he comes out and picks a fight with the guys who've been watching her and gets the crap kicked out of him because he's so stoned he can barely stand. To me that's the interesting one. You can look at the screen caps from 21 if you don't want to watch it immediately. but if you prefer the one in her bathroom that's from her perspective, that's okay too.

I think I had better watch this again - it has been years since I've seen it. I may be confusing those 2 scenes.

On further reflection ;-) I think it's the scene in the pub loo that I was thinking of. Quite a performance, IMHO.

Dirty Weekend: Park Scene Middlemarch: As if I were not in danger of forgetting everything else. Victory: Knife through hand Victory: Bathing scene. A Man of No Importance: Sandwich scene Carrington: Pool scene Carrington: Cross and drunk on the stairs Cold Comfort Farm: The sewing scene. Twenty One: Shooting up on the toilet in the pub scene Gone To Seed: Waiting for GE2 to pick something (hint, hint, hint) anybody else? Or do I need to wait until the general RnR euphoria dies down and ask again? I swear the people who have already seen it are worst influence. ;D

Those sound like great choices (from the ones I've seen!)

Victory: Bathing scene.
Hmmm. I'd prefer the playing pool scene in AMONI.

done.
In the end we need to get it down to 8 anyway so some of the doubles will likely need to go.
