I think all the suggestions thrown around in this thread qualify. After all, it's a poll and not just my personal choice (see how that worked out with the baby Roof poll...)

yes I do and I remember how I removed a couple of suggestions at your request. seriously though, I think we're having trouble narrowing down exactly what you mean so maybe a yea or nay would be helpful?

and I'd like to nominate Midshipman Clarke from Citizen Locke who couldn't be "cuter" when he's sneaking around trying to get invited to the dinner table. Was he hesitating outside the door, hoping for an invitation, or eavesdropping? I interpreted it as eavesdropping, then getting caught and being invited in. I need to take another look at that, I guess. That's a good excuse, anyway!

Whatever it was, I love the whole scene from outside the door right on through the dinner party. I've seen Rufus do variations of it on and off over the years--in fact I think it may be what Uke finds so "cute" in Rock 'n' Roll--the big dog syndrome is how I think of it. Imagine a wet nose in your hand as it rests against your thigh and that pretty much covers it... actually I think of it more as endearing Rufus than "cute and fluffy"

I'm with Ree - Ross is uber-cute and fluffy! But so is Dominique in Illuminata at times - can he be included? Pretty please?

But so is Dominique in Illuminata at times - can he be included? Pretty please? How could we ever leave out Dominique. maybe it would be easier to say when not instead of when...

Can anyone think of a moment when Eric Stark fits into this category? He's just such a jolly wretch and so full of joi de vie there must be at least one.
Though I have to admit there is an underlying creepy tone no matter how much he smiles...

Personally, no. I mean, wasn't he supposed to be the devil? That would disqualify him in my opinion...

I think you're missing At Sachem Farm, Paris Je T'aime and Illuminata. Also, GTS wasn't put forward by anyone in this thread.
