lol! Rufus research, my favorite kind... Yes we have time. I'd like to get the scenes up and voted on by the last week of June but we're not under any real time schedule other than the fact that it's a clip of the month. Even if they go up the first week in July it's fine. I was just sort of taking the temperature to see if people had any interest or this was going to be one where a handful of us were going to need to come up with a list. It's a little odd not to have comments on more than 3 films in the list 2 weeks into the poll. Maybe it's a busy time of year...

Okay, Maxx, I had a little time over the weekend to do my Rufus "research," and maybe my definition of fluffy and cute is a bit more narrow than everybody else's, but the only truly fluffy, cute Rufus I could see was Ross. Some of the others came close, but Ross definitely fits the description. The scene I liked best was the "Have you changed yet?" scene, all the way through to just before they sit down to dinner, ending where Kendal asks if he wants her to close the deal for him and he replies, "No." A characteristic Rufus pause, then, "No," again with that sweet expression. He's so endearing in that entire role, rather innocent and hapless, and very fluffy and cute. So, my nomination is that scene from At Sachem Farm.

PjT it could be the "You lied to me" interchange
I do tend to go along with 7Sis though, for me the only really cute and fluffy Ruf is Satchem Farm. All the others have a sort of steel going through them which negates the cute and fluffiness.

yup I hear you quoll. That's why I said I'm not a very good judge of this sort of thing. I picked Citizen Locke just because I like scene where Midshipman Clarke is hanging around eavesdropping and then gets invited in. It's endearing but maybe not fluffy and cute. I don't know. I can see Martha meet... now that I've gotten the R2 version. I love the scene on the bus but I'm not sure if it constitutes fluffy and cute. But someone has chosen these pictures so they must have some ideas.

Are there scenes in the R2 version of Martha meet...that are not on R1? yes there are. Most of them are just a little here and a bit there, but I think, at least for Frank, they gave a much more complete impression of what was happening with him instead of making him such a one-dimensional brat. I'm not much on Rom-com so I'll take anything I can get to help me along with it.

I like Rufus as a one-dimensional brat, makes me want to take him in hand.......

Frank is so fluffy and cute. The scene in the snackbar of him complaining about Daniel to Laurence. Uhm, the scene of him pontificating in the art gallery!
Well, if we think Ross is the cutest, we may as well pick a few different scenes from At Sachem Farm for the poll. For some reason, I have a thing for the scene where he climbs on the roof of the house and then joins his uncle on the pillar and puts his glasses on and awwwww, I'm gone.
I also think Robbie is adorable. Again, the lunch scene I love.

we don't even have AMONI on the list. hum. Yeah again, I'm not a good judge of this. The only place I see it is in ASF. In the interest of sort of giving a buffet of scenes to watch it might be nice to try to come up with something else since I already have Ross' concert up on the website... I don't know. What do people think? should we list out everyone or just ASF? lol! I think most of the list other than ASF is Ukes.

There is that scene from Charles II where Louise De Keroualle is sobbing in the coach about her gambling debts and Rufus just melts and goes all childish and soppy with her (stupid bint needed a slap if you ask me). If that's not fluffy, I don't know what is!
