Very nice - you will love ALL of those Di!!!! And i know this is the T&I thread, but if Marke gets you hot & bothered, then Charlie...... ........ will send you right over the edge!!!! Make sure you have a good few hours set aside when you watch Charles II because you'll have to watch the entire mini series from start to finish in one go - i think i finally made it to bed at about 2am!!!! If I were Helen McCrorry back when Rufus was in C2 (were they still together then?) I'd have wanted him to come home with his wig still on because I LOVE him with long hair....does funny things to me..

Di, I think many of us were disappointed by T&I. To me, the miscasting of Franco would just about have sunk it, but I felt that the other performances (not just Rufus, who really did own the picture, but virtually everyone else too--Soffia Myles, the woman who played her maid, Henry Cavill) helped to redeem it. Still, I would have enjoyed it more if Tristan had been more compelling.

Tip , there can be no jokes about Franco , he is just too awful for words Also unfortunately for everyone , Roofie does have a habit of outshining them There they are "ACTING "their heads off and there he is .no acting showing.. just being Marke I read somewhere Star quality is when that person is the only one being watched whoever else is there . Roofie has that in abundance

Yes, you're right Frannie. Let us pity poor James. Poor little wooden head. I shall mock his vacant, watery eyes no more.

Lord Marke hunts my dreams since 2 months now, but you don't hear me complain ;D Oh did I mention that I thought James Franco was bad ;D ps: numbat I love your writings

Aaaaaah Linda!!!! It's my fellow DL adulterer!!!! ;D It's so comforting to know that i'm not the only girl to have cheated on the red headed wonder. When I only loved Damian, i was quiet and well behaved, then i discovered Rufus. Now i am lustful and unreserved - he has made me a baaaaaaaaaaaaad girl and i love it!!!! Hope you have lots of fun here - glad you enjoyed my T&I ramblings!!!! I wrote that when i was still capable of stringing two words together in a coherent manner. Unfortunately that is no longer the case!!!!

Hahahaha Frannie, do i have to put M(O)B before Rufus & Damian? But they don't snore in my ear and leave their dirty socks inside out for me to deal with before i wash them!!!! It's our 15th wedding anniversary next week so i'll have to see if he steps up and makes a bit of an effort, or whether i spend the evening with VDFL!!!! (He has given me 15 years of wedded "bliss", 3 beautiful children and - most importantly - paid for my vast collection of "green eyed" and "red headed" DVDs, so i can't complain too much i suppose!!!!) Absolutely Linda!!!!! ;D

No Kerry ,You don't have to put your M0B in second place unless you want to.On the subject of the red headed one, have you seen a indie film he made with his brother, who wrote and directed it called the Baker. It is set in WALES ... I do go on about it don't I?......and is a very gentle rom-com full of weird crazy characters!! You can see how lovely the country is but I wouldn't want you to think we are all crazy here. we're not .....well there's my neighbour.........my brother's a bit.........and sometimes I wonder about MoB......but not me ......no,not me...no...except ....about Roofie -baby .... and he's half Welsh too. the men in white coats are coming tomorrow to take me away again

Ellie re-reading this thread ,and looking at the pic you posted ,I must ask you where you got that pic of me and Roofie-baby .I distinctly remember that night and you must have been up a tree with a telephoto lense. Its no use trying to pass it off as Charley and Helen . I KNOW it's me.

I didn't know Damian was welsh too. I must say that that he is on my list too!!!! (Our dear Rufus, Damian... is it something in the air there in Wales? Or in the food or water?.... ofelia's mental note: consider visiting Wales on my next vacation ;D)

Hahahaha - you know i have Frannie!!!! Have it on DVD (of course)!!!! I love the old ladies looking through the shop window "mmmmm, nice buns" and i love, love, love the hilarious sex scene (of course ). Damian is completely wonderful in the role but i must admit that i would, terribly, terribly, terribly, LOVE to see Rufus in that scene!!!! He could lick jam & cream off me any day (well, so could Damian if he wanted too ) BTW, have solved the problem of where to put hubby on my list - have decided that Rufus (obviously) is in first place followed by DL (and maybe Mark Webber in third place). That's it for my very short list of VDFLs!!!! My (Other) Beloved can have his very own list in which he occupies first and only place, being the list of men i love whom i've actually met & married!!!!

good idea Kerry !!!I think that My (other )Beloved deserves a list of his own too. he too is my only love that I've met and married and who loves me, pays the bills, puts up with me and my VDFLs and fast increasing collection of DVDs. Yes Ofelia come to Wales ,bring your raincoat and umbrella, we 've got loads of lovely men. Besides Roofie , the red head and my( other) beloved, other exports include Ioan Gruffudd, Matthew Rhys,Owain (the Mentalist) Yeoman Gavin Henson, etc .but be warned the women are jealous and possessive but I' m sure you can hold your own. I'm beginning to feel I'm a one woman Wales tourist board
