talked to my friend ... she wants to make her own way and I have freetime for almost 3 hours... afternoon preferably... in that time I would like to meet you... I really would like to see "Rock 'n Roll at the V&A" (isn't there someone, who can keep her videocam on the screen  - it's a joke...), but I can't... My friend wasn't in London for a long time and yesterday she has given me a LONG LIST, what she wants to see ;D ... um ... yes... I am in London once - twice a year... yesterday I booked tickets for London-Eye, Sightseeingtour, Madame Tussauds, Undergroundtickets... woah.... Well, I would be very happy to meet other Rooftoppers if that possible .... |

Oh darn it all to heck! (don't you like the way I swear?  ) I was afraid this would happen, Dippy. One of these trips I'll get to meet you in person! PGG, I understand what you're saying about a "full programme!" That sounds like my list of the things I want to do and see on this trip! Don't worry too much about it. I'll be coming back to England many, many times in the future. I hope to get the chance to meet up with as many Rooftoppers as I can. Hope too meet you in the future Judy ;D |

Hi Judy and everyone, I'm just back from France and glad to be back. Would love to meet up. Hope it will be possible to see Rock'n'Roll as I am really looking forward to seeing it. Would be great if we could see on a big screen at the V and A.
Would be good if we could meet up for a meal too!!

Hey Judy - I nearly missed this. I'll endeavour to get along to the meet up. I'd love to see Rock n Roll too. Let us know if you get any response to your earlier email. Of course I'd love to eat and drink too!

Okay everyone ... I need a new head count!Germanlady very kindly nudged me in the ribs (via PM) to ask if I had ever heard back from the V&A about arranging a viewing of "Rock 'n Roll". The answer is "No" I have not heard back from them. But since I've changed the dates of my trip, the next time I contact them I want to be able to give them my new requested date (29 October) and the number of people. So please reply to this thread and let me know: 1) if you want to see Rock 'n Roll at the V&A on 29 October and/or 2) you want to join the group after the viewing for lunch or drinks or whatever. Thanks!!
